Do you store our data?
Query results are temporarily cached to improve response speed. You can configure auto-deletion policies. Your database credentials are encrypted in a vault and never exposed in API responses.
What happens after the pilot?
If you love it, your pilot fee is credited toward an annual contract. If not, we part as friends with zero obligations. No cancellation fees. No contracts to escape.
Can we use it on our private / VPC database?
Yes. We support SSH tunnels for databases that are not publicly accessible. Your data never leaves your infrastructure — we connect to it, not copy it.
Is this accurate enough for real decisions?
Every query goes through 3-stage validation (syntax, schema, execution plan). A deterministic confidence score based on 5 signals tells you exactly how reliable each answer is. During the pilot, we fine-tune accuracy to your specific database schema.
What about the accounting integrations?
